When Will I Receive My Script?
Your script, along with any other documents, will be sent within 48 hours by email after payment is received. All documents are provided in PDF file. Word documents are available upon request.

When Will I Receive My Marketing Materials?
If you are ordering our blank marketing package, files will be emailed to you at the time the script is delivered. If you are ordering our customization marketing package, will be working directly with you one on one to ensure all material is delivered based on your marketing and performance timeline.

What Is An Annual Performance License?
Purchasing A Timeless Christmas allows you to perform the drama unlimited times for one year. The script needs to be purchased again for each additional years performed.

Can I Download The Script From Your Site?
No. We currently do not offer the script to be downloaded after purchase. If you need any assistance, please contact us.

Can I Get A Hard Copy Mailed To Me?
If digital delivery is not an option, we will gladly print and mail a script, and any other documents, for a processing fee of $15. Please contact us for more information.

Can You Take A Credit Card Over The Phone?
For security purposes, we do not take phone orders. You can pay securely online via PayPal, the world's largest online payment processor.

Can I Make Copies Of The Script Once Purchased?
Yes. You can make as many copies as needed of all materials provided. You are paying for an annual performance license.

Are There Royalty Fees To Pay For Paid Performances?
No. You are able to keep 100% of any profits you generate by performing A Timeless Christmas.

Can I Read The Script Before Paying For It?
We provide a 9-page preview of A Timeless Christmas. If you would like to read more, please contact us and we can arrange this but we do not provide full script reviews.

Are There Stage Notes Or Other Cues Included In The Script That I Purchase?
Yes, although they are more for overall direction than exact specifics for each scene. These are meant mainly for an overall guide and you are free to stage the scenes however way works best for you.

Is There Staff Available For Questions During Production?

Is There Music In A Timeless Christmas?
There is very little. There is a suggested hymn/worship song "There's Soemthing About That Name" where a guitar picks up the chorus after one of the leads sings the first verse quietly. There are a few sound effects which we can provide upon request. Other than that, there is no music beyond any performance that you want to add.

Can We Make Changes To The Script?
We understand that one script will never fit all. If you have changes you would like to make, please contact us to discuss. We want to ensure the overall theme remains intact as much as possible.

What Is Your 30-Day Money Back Guarantee?
We understand it's a lot to ask for purchase a script without having read it, which is why we offer a 30-Day money back guarantee.
